Utilities

It is the tenants responsibility to turn on the utilities within 24 hours of their occupancy date and provide Option Management Services, Inc. with the service provider confirmation numbers prior to taking possession of the home. Refer to your lease for exceptions and details as to penalties for not having utilities transferred. Contact your leasing agent or City/County for more information on utility service providers.
