Security Deposit

The security deposit is fully refundable and will be remitted along with a itemized statement of damages and fees within one month after we receive possesion of the home. Under no circumstances can the security deposit be applied towards rent. Tenants are always required to have carpets professionally shampooed upon departure and encouraged to provide receipts thereof. We will schedule a move out inspection with you and its your responsibility to provide a forwarding address for us to send the security deposit. Basic utilities should remain on until the expiration of the lease, all house keys, mailbox keys, and garage door remotes must be returned.
