Renters Insurance

It is strongly recommended that you maintain a renters insurance policy for the duration of tenancy. The owner’s insurance policy does NOT cover your personal belongings or housing stipend in the event of a loss. In the absence of a current and acceptable renters insurance policy in place and delivered to the manager, then there may be a monthly fee for Landlord Liability Insurance per the lease agreement. The expected cost of this LLI program to the tenant is $10/mo-$20/mo as disclosed in the lease paperwork.
