Maintenance

With the exception of emergencies, all maintenance requests must be provided in writing. Vendors will either contact you directly or we will coordinate appointments but it is the Tenant’s responsibility to be present (or have a designated person over the age of 18 present) for repairs and make arrangements to do so and to ensure that pets (if any) are kenneled.
