Performance Based Fee Structure: – we only earn monies when we collect them on your behalf

- 65% Leasing Fee – 65% of the base monthly rent

- 50% Late Fees – split with owners on all late fees collected
- $200 Lease Renewal Fee – upon negotiating a renewal term lease

360° Marketing Program featuring Guaranteed Results(upon vacancy and the house being in “rent ready” condition and our mutual agreement on pricing strategy): if we don’t have a lease signed in 30 days then we will reduce the monthly management fees for three months.
